I drove 45 minutes for an interview that barely lasted 15 minutes. They asked me very few questions about my experience and it felt like they didn't know what they were doing. Despite telling me when I should hear back, they completely ghosted me afterwards. Nice people but didn't respect my time.

Simple virtual one-on-one interview. No complicated questions, just follow up with the strengths and experience on your resume and how it relates the their listing. Highlight resume metrics, or proven actions / projects related to the job.
