Entire process was done by AI from the initial email outreach, scheduling to the first interview. Even the rejection was made from a no reply email despite being signed off by their HR. The overall process lacks the human touch. Ultimately, the team decided not to proceed because they decided that they were going to prioritise Australia expansion instead of the Singapore role. Definitely, could have been a decision made before beginning interviews and wasting candidates time. Really avoided a company that shows that it does not put people at its core.
