Terrence Higgins Trust interview questions

The interview was done on Teams with two senior people in the Fundraising Team, after an anonymous recruitment process. They didn’t even ask for CVs! It had a very friendly atmosphere. I didn’t receive the interview questions beforehand. There was also a task immediately afterwards that had to be completed in 30 minutes.

It was a panel interview with a presentation about marketing for HIV awareness attached. It was relatively straight forward but it was not clear that the presentation was required. So I was surprised and improvised in the interview.
