Interview
Submitted my application online, it took them 2 months to respond and invite me to an online video call (1 hour). The guy who interviewed me was very nice and friendly, and was forthcoming in answering the questions I had for him regarding the role. I actually enjoyed my interview with him a lot, it was nice to chat to someone technical for a technical role. However, a month and a half later and there's been no communication about my application. Their HR/recruitment seem to be very disorganised.

General questions based on my CV, other questions towards the end i.e. valid driving license, willing to work on defence contracts, ability to travel to client site
A telephone culture interview, followed by an assessment day consisting of a technical task and a culture fit interview.
