Testlio Testing Manager interview questions

The interview process at Testlio is thorough (process took about 2 months from initial interview to an offer), well-structured, and focused on ensuring a strong fit for both the role and company culture. It starts with an initial screening to discuss your background and assess alignment with the role. This is followed by several interviews with different team members, each focusing on specific aspects like technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit. The process is highly transparent, with clear communication at each stage, including what to expect next. There’s also a strong emphasis on understanding your experience in client communication, stakeholder management, and media-based projects. The final steps involve reference checks and a discussion with senior leadership, which helps gauge your overall alignment with Testlio's values and goals.

It was a well defined process consisting of multiple steps. The interviews were very conversational and also included an exercise and a mock call. I had the opportunity to be interviewed/meet with Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Team Members and Director along the different stages of the process. All persons demonstrated professionalism and were very knowledgeable, kind and pleasant. Feedback was very prompt after each stage.
