The first stage involved several applicants joining a group chat to complete language assessments. Two tests were given—one in English and one in the candidate’s chosen language—but since it was possible to look things up, the evaluations did not feel particularly reliable. Those who passed moved on to a second stage, which consisted of a brief conversation and a simple orientation-style practical assessment. This part was also not very challenging. The main concern about the company is that the entry barrier is extremely low, allowing virtually anyone to join regardless of experience, which has had a negative impact on the organization.
