We as an Organization are focusing towards expanding our Employee base drastically in Srilanka to achieve positive outcomes both for the institution and the Country. This review will influence us to revisit the expansion plan.
We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and any frustration it may have caused. We would like to address the concerns you've raised regarding the recent interview process. While we understand your perspective, we want to clarify that
• Tetherfi follows the most transparent process about the CTC negotiation
• CTC negotiation happens based on the Candidate's skillset, suitability to the requirement, performance during the
interview, quality of the assignment submitted etc
• Though the candidate shares the expected CTC, we believe there is always a scope for negotiation as in our experience
so far, candidates always quote higher CTC as expectation and reach a win-win situation post negotiation
• We have also invested the same amount of time in assessing the skill set of the Candidates
