I received a call in follow up to my online application, there were a few brief questions before we set up an in-person interview. I came in and had a 2 hour interview with the person who would be my direct manager, which was great because I got all the information I could want on the office and the role. The in-person interview was fairly comprehensive, with skills and behavioral questions, but still somewhat laid back.
