Pretty standard. Just Google "Common interview questions" beforehand to prepare yourself. The tenor of the interview was as if I already had the job and they were just checking my availability.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Texana Center (Rosenberg, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
I was asked a few questions and shown scenarios on what to do in challenging situations. The interview went well and the manager I interviewed with was very nice.
I got an offer but the HR department decided my perfectly valid diploma needed scrutinizing and were just searching for reasons to not give me work. I have never seen an employer waste so much resources to prove something they can infer from the two college transcripts, multiple diplomas from multiple stages of education and work history. It was pretty clear the HR person did not like how I looked and chose to scrutinize.
Overall, I didn't get the job. I do not recommend applying to this place.
Good questions and asked a lot. Decent Pat & seemed to really really need more staff. Person was very nice as well. It was a simple enough interview. They called back shortly for another interview and I was hired within the week.
