      Interview

Interviews for full professors are an interesting overlap of ease and difficulty. They're easy in that we're recruited to apply at this level, and usually by another high level senior faculty or administrator. They want you. Hard because if you're well known in the field, then any warts will be impossible to hide.

      Interview

The interview committee held an internal argument / discussion, during interview. Their debate, made interview much easier as they used up the time for interview, arguing amongst themselves. Fun times were had by all.
