the interviewer asked basic questions about my personality since I really had no experienced. made me feel welcome. he offered me the job right away. i thought the whole process what easy. i would say go for it and apply for the job to work at the oal labs
A classmate of mine had a student worker position and helped me apply and get an interview. Very casual interview process. I emailed the manager, who CC'd another staff member with my information asking to set up an interview. I called him, scheduled an interview, and met with him in their office. After the brief Q&A was over, he talked to me about my class scheduling and hours I could work and told me I had the position if I wanted it. There was some campus-wide employee training materials to go through after that, but the hiring process was very casual; not stressful at all.
