For a postdoc position, the interview process generally includes submitting a detailed CV, a cover letter, initial screening calls, one or more in-depth interviews focusing on research experience and future goals, and often a presentation or seminar.
The interview was smooth and efficient. One round of screening and one round of small group presentation. The audiences paid close attention and they gave me ample to time to ask the questions I was curious about working in the group.
