It was easy, the questions apperad for me are based on fabrication and network theory and control system and digital and analog question and overall process Takes 1
hour there 2 panelist in my panel
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Explain whole fabrication process through step by step
The recruitment drive had 2 stages.
1. Online Assessment Test
2. Technical Interview
1. Online Test
Duration : 2 parts; 45 mins each.
There were two parts in the test. Each part had 20 questions for 45 minutes. The first part consisted of technical questions and the second part consisted of Aptitude and Reasoning.
Focus Areas for Technical Part - Electrical Circuits and Measurements, Basic Circuits, Analog Electronics, Digital Electronics, Basic Electronics.
Focus Areas for Aptitude and Reasoning - Probability, Comprehension, Critical thinking, Time and Speed Problems etc.
The questions were of medium difficulty. Each right answer was worth 4 marks and there was NEGATIVE MARKING (of 1 mark for every wrong answer) too.
2. Technical Interview
Duration : 30+ minutes.
The technical interview lasted for about 30+ minutes. They started by asking about my projects. There were two interviewers on the panel.
They started off with my introduction and my projects. They asked about the purpose and motive of the projects.
Then, they started with the technical questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Digital Electronics - They drew various circuits and asked me to analyse it. They asked me to make changes to the circuit to get a specified output. The questions were mainly from Sequential Circuits(Latches, Registers and Counters). They also asked questions about Combinational Circuits and Karnaugh Maps.
Analog Electronics - Op-amps(Virtual ground concept is important), Diodes and Transistors, Transistors as Switches, Amplifier Circuits using BJTs. Network of Resistors.
RC Circuits - I was asked to solve the circuit and graph the output. They then made a few changes and asked me to graph the output again.
Aptitude and reasoning - Questions on mathematical reasoning and pattern recognition.
CMOS-VLSI - Basic questions about MOSFETs(operating regions and structure), n-MOS and p-MOS. Basics of CMOS Inverter, NAND and NOR.
They asked detailed questions about RLC circuits, fundamental concepts related to VLSI layout design, and also discussed the technical aspects, objectives, and outcomes of the academic and practical projects I had mentioned in my resume.
