I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Texas Instruments in Sept 2009
Interview
My interview consisted of a preliminary screening interview with the team lead consisting of questions related to my past experiences, the current role I have, and the projects that I handled. After that (I guess I passed) I was recommended for the next level interview with the solutions architect who then asked me a lot more technical questions, roles I had, and my experiences with various technologies. After that I was invited over for a personal interview with the management and an overview on how the company is as a whole, a brief description of the team I would be in and the roles that were needed for the team.
