nterview Format:
The interview process consisted of 2 rounds with a total of 4 managers. Each round involved 2 managers conducting a 45-minute panel interview.
Interview Focus:
The majority of the questions were behavioral, centered around past experiences, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and leadership. STAR-format answers worked well here. Example prompts included:
“Tell me about a time you solved a difficult problem with limited data.”
“Describe a situation where you had to influence others without authority.”
Technical Component:
Each round included a few technical questions, mostly related to the role’s focus. For data/analytics roles, expect questions on:
SQL/Python basics
Data cleaning and visualization
Scenario-based analytics problem-solving
The technical questions were practical and aimed at assessing your approach rather than deep algorithmic knowledge.
Overall Impression:
The interviewers were professional and supportive. They cared about both cultural fit and technical capability. The environment reflected TI’s collaborative and innovation-driven culture.
Tips:
Prepare strong behavioral stories using the STAR method
Review relevant technical skills (SQL, Python, Excel, or industry-specific tools)
Show curiosity about TI’s products, markets, and business model
