Phone with Human Resources for 15 minutes, in-person for 1:1 for 45 minutes, group interview with a panel. online test, manager interview for final round selection for a shortlist of candidates. Well-structured and professional process for recruitment. A variety of questions assessing resume, previous work experience, skills and competency based scenarios.
