the interview process consisted of a very quick meet and greet, this most importantly is for the manager to make sure you look like you can fit the role. to ask questions about your life to see if you can carry on a conversation and continue to show ability to connect with customers.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
