Email contact first to gauge interest was still there, and set up in person interview. Then in person panel interview with one person who would be co-worker, manager, director, and admin. Timed presentation was required.

Hiring manager disregarded my interview because they forgot to pay their parking meter. Didn't get the job in the end and I'm glad I did not. They wanted me to do extra work and make slides and presentations for a simple job position.
