Interviewed through agency recruiter who asked questions over the phone, then with Manager at Texecom. Questions primarily to do with customer service and problem solving examples, to see if good fit with both role and company - this was followed up with a chat and offer later.

Done through agency, phone call first with agency representative, discussing the role and responsibilities and then manager at Texecom. This was an informal chat over zoom/skype/teams, covering what the role requires etc. This was then followed by Formal offer of employment.
