Applied on Indeed. Someone reached out to schedule a video call with the owner. Had an hour call with the owner - after that they ask you come into the office to show you around and meet other workers.
I applied online. I interviewed at Textbook Painting (Lakewood, OH) in Apr 2023
Interview
They text you and tell you have an interview, just for you to show up and there are a bunch of other people waiting for someone to take you all back. Then there ain’t an interview just details about the job. They basically look at you and determine whether you fit their brand out not physically and the text you saying they aren’t moving for forward with an interview if you aren’t physically appeasing to them. It’s away go to discriminate with getting in trouble for it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Textbook Painting (Oxford, OH) in Oct 2014
Interview
I heard about the opportunity from a student that spoke about it in one of my classes. I gave them my information suggesting I was interested in learning more. From there I went to an "info session" with 5-6 other students to get more information about what the internship entailed. Then did a formal first round interview with a second year intern and a second round interview with one of the owners of the company. The process took about a week.
