I found the vacancy on LinkedIn, and applied directly through the company website.
My overall interview process was as follows:
1. Interview with HR + Assessments (Behaviour and Personality, and a Technical Assignment)
2. Interview with Team Manager and Engineer
3. Interview with Team Manager and Operations Manager
My first interview was with HR. It was a very pleasant conversation where the focus was on getting to know me, explaining the role, and answering my questions about company, role, team, salary, benefits, etc. She clearly explained the next steps and it was transparent on what I could expect.
My second interview was focused on my technical knowledge, how I have handled past technical challenges, and how I would approach technical situations.
My third interview was focused on the managers getting to know me, and was asked scenario-based questions.
Throughout, I enjoyed the process. The conversations were very natural, the interviewers were genuine, friendly, and curious, I felt heard, and if I had more questions in between the interviews, HR was very quick to respond via e-mail. I appreciated their transparency and strong communication.
