I applied through other source. I interviewed at Thales (Bengaluru) in Sept 2025
Interview
The first round was mainly an introductory discussion — it was quite general and not very technical, more about my background and basic fit for the role.
The second round was a written test conducted in the office, which focused on Python programming and problem-solving skills.
The third round was a technical interview, also held in the office, where I was asked in-depth questions related to my technical knowledge and past projects.
After completing all three rounds, I wasn’t contacted further for the next steps or feedback
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Written Test: Python knowledge is required.
Technical Round: They strictly look for candidates whose skills exactly match the requirement. Even if you have around 70% of the skills, it might not be enough. Honestly, it feels like a waste of time, as it should be their responsibility to filter candidates properly in the initial stages. As every round have to visit the office.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Thales in Jun 2023

Interview process was quite fast and straightforward. Timeline between 2 interviews to being offered the position was about a month. First round was virtual interview. Second round was in person interview.
