Incredibly long. First approached by Thales in January, then various contacts between then and the "interview" in May. Then due to internal resource issues this was not a formal interview as such, it was more of an informal "would you suit the team" type. So it was an hour of "chat" without going into too much depth about the role, my skills, eligibility for the position etc.
