First interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager was positive, my second interview was disappointing. Although the interviewer was late, which is understandable, they appeared unprepared and had no knowledge of my experience or working history. What's worse, they even admitted to not having seen my CV, which was concerning. I offered to send it, but the interviewer declined. As a result, they seemed to be making up questions on the spot, and the interview lacked structure.
