I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thales (Hengelo, Overijssel) in Jul 2022
Interview
Friendly phone screening, then on-site interview with two seniors of the project. The whole process is very friendly and professional. All the details of the project are discussed briefly to see if the candidate understand with all the knowledge they have. So if you understand the logic of the project and how to solve it, you can express those ideas to them. The interviewers will judge your level of thinking and your knowledge to see if you are a good fit for the project.

Really quick interview process starting with easy, basic programming questions and increasing the difficulty to see how I understand the problem. I will say the process was not that difficult with questions about operating systems, pointers, memory allocation for a job on embedded systems
