I applied online. I interviewed at Tharaldson Hospitality Management (Upper Marlboro, MD)
Interview
The company does not communicate well. They will let you know you moved on to the first round but nothing else. No other calls or instructions. Nor do they respond to emails or inform you that the position is closed. They do not have a timeline for hiring. The staff who interviewed me seemed overworked and unguided.

Interview
Biased and very difficult To talk to not very hospitable and not entry level opportunities as far as I see I’ve applied to several positions and have 10 years experience as well as a hospitality management Educational background from college And hands in experience to business and etc not sure why it’s so difficult to get a job with there company Even applied for lowest position which I was over qualified for which was housekeeping and I had 9 years experience in that so I figured the company is biased and not equal opportunities company not sure

Interview
I had a phone interview for the Assistant GM position at Springhill Suites, Lake Forest, CA. The interview went very well until I was asked what year I graduated high school. I politely declined to answer because usually this question is asked to age the applicant, and it has zero relevance in assessing the applicant's qualifications. When I declined to answer the question, I got the sense that I would not be hearing back.
