The hiring process took roughly a month, I saw the job posted on LinkedIn and made the application via the AA careers website. The interviews included mix of teams/ in person interviews, technical questions, PowerPoint presentation, and final interview with senior leadership. Communication from Talent Acquisition team was very good, I was kept updated throughout and they were responsive to any questions I had. Onboarding was very smooth, organised, and I was able to start the role 2 weeks after offer was made. Overall a very positive hiring experience.
