I was initially contacted by Aspira for a phone interview and then they asked for my transcripts. I am 50 years old and as soon as they looked at my transcript, they immediately wrote and told me I was not a fit for the job because I did not live in IL. Well, I do live in IL and I told them this but never heard back. I had kept an open mind though many told me that this was a horrible place to work and I would not recommend interviewing with them as they rescinded the interview option as soon as they received my transcript. I did have great grades, schools, and experience but it was not enough for Aspira.

They call you tell you about the job, than you interview one on one. Sometime with 3 people depending on job your applying. Now the job description and connect your Experience and they tell you their expectations, pretty simple interview

Interview
There were two in person interviews after I sent in my resume and cover letter. I heard back within a week that I was hired, had to do a background check and TB screening and submit 3 recommendation letters prior to beginning the role.
