Interview I would recommend you avoid this company at all costs. i was told the existing employee was still in post and it was a tricky situation.I applied via compass care with cv which I was asked to amend. I was interviewed by two people and offered the position. They latter rescinded the offer three days prior to starting which I was told was nothing to do with referencing but a change of business direction. I had been asked to fill in an application form after job offer which I did and reference were taken up by the company and the agent. The agent stated that references where ok but employer duplicated the process and decided to rescind the job offer after sending a written contract of employment and contract.
