I interviewed at The Alexander Group (AZ) (New York, NY)
Interview
Pretty smooth sailing, but never heard back after 3 rounds. First round was screening, second was case and behavioral, last was behavioral with a higher-up. Some excel and consulting knowledge definitely necessary, but overall doable. I'm not sure why I never heard back... kind of unprofessional
I interviewed at The Alexander Group (AZ) (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
#1 - 30 min Zoom call with recruiter (standard behavioral qs)
#2 - (2 parts) a 45 min. case study with a manager + a live excel case to showcase your excel skills (mid-advanced level)
#3 - 45 minute case study with senior level manager
Cases were both typical consulting cases and not super difficult but should know your frameworks well and be prepared for follow up questions on your rationale.
Super nice team and can tell they have a good culture there.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at Alexander Group, what stood out?
Casual and typical profitability case structure. Lots of kind people I spoke to from the get-go. Be authentic and chatty. It was the first round, then the second round of Excel screening, and then the final round.
