the interview was not professional as it should be , they skipped lot of necessary points to discuss, and left no much space for the interviewed person to express concerns.

They make you build lego; Looking at the instructions is more important than getting a good time
They were pretty easy going and welcoming. I don't think it's too important to be super qualified for the job because they teach you what you need to know as you go. Just make sure you are clear that you are willing to learn and you follow direction well
