Went through an initial phone screening with the recruiter (who was very nice, responsive, and professional) and it seemed to go well. Was asked to complete additional assessments (analytical/problem solving and relocation preferences) that hinted at an in-person interview. Never heard back; completely ghosted until about a month later when I received a generic rejection message.
