I was a referral to the department so it was easy getting an interview. During the interview, the director at the time barely asked me any questions and did all the talking (this was for the Career Services department, have you). By the end, she already was talking to me as if I had the job. It was the easiest interview process I had ever had. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to really interview her and the organization/department and found out the hard way what I was getting into -- a lot of turnover and no training.
