Applied online and received interview invitation a week after the deadline. One on one interview: Self introduction, project-related experience, motivation for doing the internship, expectation of the internship. Got offer for internship a week after the interview.

Can you elaborate on your research experience on women and gender issues?
Asked me to walk through my resume and highlight relevant work experiences that corresponded to the role. Very casual and quick. I was told I'd get the internship on the spot and was quickly followed-up with email communication.
