      1. Phone screen from someone in HR talking about your work history and running through your resume throughout your entire working career (questions posted below). It is my understanding they want someone mature beyond their years, do not say "um", "uhh", or "like" as they want someone very well polished. 2. Excel test (questions posted below). 3. Did not get called back for in person interview.

      Question 1

      1. Where do you see yourself in the next 5-10 years? 2. What positive things would your manager say about you right now? 3. What negative things would your manager say about you right now? 4. If you could remove one task out of your daily working routine, what would it be? 5. If you could add one task to your daily working routine, what would it be? 6. What are you looking for in your next manager? Excel Questions (copy and paste from attachment). 1) We bought a total of 1,258,000 IBM shares at $32.55 per share with a $0.05 per share commission. Those shares are allocated to the partnerships per the following ownership ratios: A=32.23%, B=18.85% and C=48.92%. Please round share allocations to the nearest hundred and round cash allocations to the penny. 2) We received a dividend of JPY 300 per share on 8,000 shares of Sony. Ownership ratios are A=30%, B= 10% and C= 60%. There was 7% withholding deducted from the gross dividend. Convert the net JPY received to USD using an exchange rate of JPY 125= USD 1. 3) We are buying a 6.65% interest in a trade claim. The total claim amount is $48,556,235.15. Ownership ratios are A=32.23%, B=18.85% and C=48.92%. The claim is priced at a purchase rate of 18.886%. All allocations related to this question should be rounded to the penny. 4) We have $400 million face of US Treasury Bills maturing at par. The maturing Bills are held in the same ownership ratio as the Sony shares. To replace them, we are buying $400 million new bills with an ownership ratio of A=32.23%, B=18.85%, C=48.92%. We are paying 98.8845% for the new bills. Please round to the nearest hundred thousand on quantity allocations and round to the penny on cash allocations. Show both the quantity & associated cash for the maturity and the new buy. Finally, based on the answers determined above, show the net/aggregate cash activity per partnership.
