I put in my application. They called to set up an interview. I came in and I got the job. It is much better to get a hold of the Front Desk Manager to set something up in person. If you can go to the Front Desk and ask for the Manager.

I applied to their ad through Craigslist. The response was an email, asking to schedule a 1:1 interview for the following week. The interview process was fairly informal. We sat on a bench outside by the tennis courts and she asked basic interview questions and gave simple scenarios. I was offered the job on the spot.

Very Easy! Do not need to be pursuing a college degree. Just be yourself and don't forget to smile. They are only looking for people that can look pretty and are able to check in as many people as possible when the members come one. #gatecontrol #littlemultitasking

The interview was very casual and very brief. I met with the front desk lead as well as the director of operations. I was simply asked to explain my resume, explain my current life schedule, and what sort of hobbies i enjoy.
