Applied online then a recruiter called a few days later to schedule an initial phone interview. The phone interview went well. The recruiter said she would be my primary contact throughout the interview process and to contact her with any questions. I emailed her to thank her and she waited she would have an idea of the next steps by end of the next week. I didn't hear anything the next week so I emailed her the following week. No response. Later I saw on LinkedIn that she had left the company (she had just started at BeachBody so I was surprised). I sent one more time to her email address hoping her replacement would receive her emails. Nothing. It seems like they have huge growth happening from what the recruiter shared, But my assessment is that it's not managed well which is why good candidates are being overlooked and falling through cracks. Too bad for them. Anyway, I gave up and found a better job.
