I was referred by a friend to this company, and I directly talked to the CEO. The interviewer was pretty nice, no technical questions were asked for internship. They have different teams and they hire a lot of interns to help for the conference.

2 1-1 meetings with founder and manager. Not hard to get the job because designing is not their main function. Founder is friendly and helpful. Lots of good connections in finance. However there is limited room for growth and future opportunities.
There were two interviewers during the interview, a CEO, and an engineer. They explained about the company and the role of designers, and I presented one of my projects to them.
