Interview
I was call a few days after submitting my application. I had to complete a paper driving test before starting my interview for the day. My first interview was with HR. Pretty standard questions normally given in an interview. Behavioral and past experience questions. The HR representative I spoke with was amazing. She made sure I understood the requirements for the job. We laughed and joked. After we wrapped up the interview she wished me luck and make sure I had the log ins to do my assessments online to be completed by 12 A.M. Once I completed that she passed my profile onto the Hiring Manager. The very next day I received a phone call to interview with the Hiring Manager which consisted of behavioral and passed experience questions as well as going over the requirements of the job and what is required of me. You must have a very flexible schedule and honestly if you are in the medical field that should be understood anyway in my opinion. After going over everything she decided she would like to Hiring me right then and there. She sent me for my drug screen and had me sign paperwork to get my background check started. I am currently waiting on the results of both but as of right now my offer has been accepted.
