I had two interviews and after my second interview I got the job. They told me that compensation was $7.50 a hour with no commission. After working for a while I realized that I was working more than others and at longer hours while other sales associates who made more than me were doing less work.

Easy interview. Felt more like a conversation than being grilled on my resume. The manager asked me about my interests in the industry and my thoughts on skincare. I was asked behavioral questions as well.

Friendly, chatty, bubbly. Many questions about customer service, products, sales, teamwork, information about the company, previous jobs, and many things like that. The next day I think I received an email from them with a job offer.
