Group Interview group of five prospective candidates. Interview lasted one hour. Half the group had to find products in staff room and the other half put them away, while being timed.

We were all given a body shop product and an info sheet to read.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Body Shop
Interview
One to one chat with the manager followed by a group activity where we had to demonstrate product knowledge. After than we went on the shop floor and had a trial at talking to customers and lease lining.
