I first had an interview with a store manager(my store was new and did not have a manager yet) then I had a phone interview with the District Manager and last a face to face with the District Manager.

It was very quick and it lasted about 15 minutes and it was average questions
I heard back from them after 1 week for the final interview and they asked me after 1 week

Easy interview. Felt more like a conversation than being grilled on my resume. The manager asked me about my interests in the industry and my thoughts on skincare. I was asked behavioral questions as well.

Interview
Friendly, chatty, bubbly. Many questions about customer service, products, sales, teamwork, information about the company, previous jobs, and many things like that. The next day I think I received an email from them with a job offer.
