3 Rounds of interviews via phone and skype calls. Two interviews were one on one while the other one was a group. The entire staff was involved in the process, so you got a feel for who you would be working with which was nice. After my nerves settled down the interview got easier because the people there are very easy to connect with. The interview process went very smoothly, and all delays were on my end.

Overall it lasted about 45 minutes, I was in the room with at least 4 employees and the CEO. They asked about my resume, experience and why I would be a good fit for Borenstein. You would think interviewing with 5 people would be intimidating, but everyone was nice talkative which eased the nerves.
