Sent in an application with my resume and cover letter. Received an email saying they wanted to get to know me better, so I had a phone interview with a woman in the HR dept. This was the most in-depth part of the interview, as she asked a lot of questions about the experiences on my resume. She then recommended me for an in-person interview.
