Got asked a few more questions about my artisan bread knowledge before heading to the bakery production area where I received a tour of the bakery and spent some time shaping some bread to demonstrate my skills. Overall an extremely fair interview process that really gives you a chance to show your skills and prove that you're able to do the job, can't wait to get started!
