Interview
First get support from the careers office major, then submit application form. First stage a 2 day briefing then second stage a 3 day assessment. Both residential assessments contain written exercises, presentation skills, physical assessments, leadership and leaderless group exercises plus interviews. Might have changed now.

Interview
Army Officer Selection Board will be a staged process that give you running feedback throughout. Fitness, Mental agility and teamwork is paramount. Never be down beat about the process -it is tough - however you might surprise yourself.

Apply to become a commissioned officer. Go to your local Army Careers establishment and request an interview and more informartion.. If successful on 1 on 1 interview then you will be put forward to attend a 3 day residential pre selection board. If you are successful you will be either invited back to immediately attend a x 5 day selection board or in a set period of time (eg. in 6 months, 2yrs).
