      Operations Assistant Interview

      26 May 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Broad Center (Los Angeles, CA)

      Interview

Applied online and was contacted for a phone interview. Initial phone interview was pleasant. I was then given a homework assignment. The homework assignment took several hours and while it did seem to relate well to the day to day duties of the position it was a lot to expect so early in the hiring process. This would have been more appropriate after an in-person. A month after sending in the completed assignment I never so much ever heard a thank you or anything. Noticed the position never seemed to get filled but they made new posting on linkedIn. Very disappointing that this seemed to be another company that just wants some free labor then ghosts you. Hope they found my templates useful ^_^

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Homework assignment dealt with budget planning and then they wanted candidates to present a previous project plan and answer a wide number of questions regarding the project plan.
