Simple process--
Round 1: Talent Acquisition 30 min chat
Round 2: Hiring Manager 30 min chat
Round 3: Full Day Panel Interview (30 min with 1-2 interviewers per timeslot)
The process was very straightforward and TA was very organized about scheduling the whole process in a timely way.

How do you navigate tough colleagues or harsh criticism?
Friendly, asked appropriate questions, however, they did state that they were very interested in me but later went to radio silence so take those kinds of words with a grain of salt

Interview
The interview was pretty relaxed, but packed with meetings - 9 people throughout a 4 or 5 hour period. Lunch was provided and allowed time to converse with peers that are acting in similar roles. I arrived in a suit, but most of the interviewers were wearing more business casual clothing. Interviewers allowed a healthy amount of time to listen to my questions, and were very emphatic about the culture at this company.
