A recruiter approached me via Linkedin and I first hopped on the phone with him so he could tell me about the job and make sure it aligned with what I was looking for, my experience, etc. Then I had a total of 3 interviews before being offered the position. First with the President, then an EVP, and then with the President again. It was a really open conversation where I spoke to my experience, what I'm looking for, etc.
