I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Buckle (Concord, NC) in Aug 2014
Interview
I had two interviews. The first was with the store manager and the second was with the store & district manager. It was casual, in the mall food court then in the actual store. The questions were a mixture of personal goals & work history. They asked me about why I liked fashion, where do I see myself headed, work history questions, etc.

Interview
My interview was very quick — I met a manager in the store and interviewed there. My educational background more than qualified me for the position and I was hired right away.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Buckle (Columbus, OH)
Interview
It was very direct, asked basic interview questions, however they were very casual and informal. They seemed to focus more on being able to make sales and work on commission rather than be able to focus on the customer and be able to understand and work with them.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Buckle (Houston, TX) in Sept 2016
Interview
Asked a lot of personal goal questions. Very thorough. They want to see if you are very charismatic and hungry to grow. Make sure to smile and be social. They won't hire you if you are a stick in the mud.
